Honestly, I talked to the girl and the lad behind the counter and they were the sweetest souls. They were so helpful, kind, and polite, and actually took the time to have a conversation. The customer service was 10/10. I’d definitely come back again….I came in on 28/07/26.
In Nero castlebar Easter Sunday. Tea and sausage roll. Mid way through strong smell of sewage/toilet wafted through cafe. Yeuch!
Also, dog in shop with other customer. Staff member petted dog all over his head/mouth, then went back to working behind counter. Didn’t see him washing his hands after petting dog!
Great coffee in Caffe Nero Castlebar, specially Elthonn's cortados! He always share a smile and that is essential in life! Gracias!

Consistently friendly staff with impressive professional barista skills. Great that loyalty card isn't an app. Comfortable seating and spacious. However, AC is always too high and too cold, even on my last visit when it was 6 degrees out! Uncomfortable to sit in and coffee goes cold very quickly. Ended up leaving.
